North Highlands Auto Repair Specialists for Airbag, Electrical and AC

Who We Are

Family Owned Auto Repair in North Highlands

Serving North Highlands and Sacramento County drivers since 2007.

Toki Auto Works is a specialist auto repair shop in North Highlands, CA that focuses on three things: SRS airbag module resets, electrical diagnostics and programming, and AC repair. Tony Gotishan opened the shop on Roseville Rd in 2007, and his son Tim now works beside him. Between the two of us, we have handled auto repair in North Highlands for 19 years straight.

Most auto repair shops in Sacramento County spread themselves across brakes, oil changes, transmissions and everything else. Toki Auto Works does the opposite. We built the shop around electrical diagnostics, airbag module resets and AC systems because that is where other shops fail their customers. We use OEM dealer level software for module programming and manufacturer wiring diagrams to trace the exact root failure. That is the same equipment the dealership uses, applied at an independent shop rate of $180 per hour.

We handle insurance claims, walk you through every diagnosis before starting work, and answer questions until you actually understand what failed and why. Our shop runs 150 to 200 vehicles every month and holds a 5.0 star rating across 128 Google reviews. If our diagnosis is wrong, we rediagnose until we get it right at no extra charge.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If I were local to the Sacramento area, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I was having issues with the A/C on my work vehicle after having service done at another shop.

Toki Auto Works was recommended to me; I reached out over the weekend and they were able to get me in on Monday.

Tony and his staff are professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and got the issue figured out and taken care of within two hours. I tend to have a lot of questions, and Tony took the time to answer all of them and was patient in his explanations.

Fair and transparent pricing on top of great service.

He kept me informed about the whole process and kept me in the loop. Also was nice to explain a whole bunch of things I asked. Definitely will return here when needed.
